Simple, Flexible Warehouse Pricing
You don’t need to know exactly how much warehouse space you need before contacting us. Tell us what you’re working with and we’ll help determine the best setup.
- No long lease and no deposit on a building you half use
- Short-term and longer-term arrangements both available
- Receiving and delivery priced alongside the space, not bolted on later
- A person prices it — not a form that guesses
Priced for Southern Utah
One local team, one number
Storage, receiving and the delivery at the end are quoted together, by the people who will actually do the work — not bundled through a broker and marked up twice.
What sets the price
Pricing varies based on
- Amount of storage required
- Number of pallets or items
- Length of storage
- Receiving requirements
- Frequency of access
- Inventory management requirements
- Delivery or moving services
Why there isn’t a rate card on this page
A pallet of tile and a three-bedroom house full of furniture are not the same job, and neither is a designer account that turns over every month versus a family storing everything for a year.
Publishing a single per-month figure would be wrong for most of the people reading it. We would rather ask four questions and give you a real number.
Before you ask
Do I need to know how much space I need?
No. Describe what is coming in — roughly how many items or pallets, and how long you expect to need it. Working out the space is our job.
Is there a minimum term?
Arrangements are flexible and depend on what you are storing. We will confirm the terms in writing before anything arrives.
Can the amount of space change?
Usually, yes — that is much of the point of using a warehouse rather than leasing one. Availability depends on current warehouse capacity, so tell us if you expect a seasonal spike.
Does the quote include delivery?
It can. Delivery and moving services are quoted alongside the storage so you see one number rather than discovering the second one later.
How do you actually work out the price?
Four things mostly: how much room your goods take up, how long they stay, how much handling they need coming in, and whether we deliver at the other end. A pallet that arrives once and sits still is a different job from a designer account we receive into every week, so we price the work rather than the floor space alone.
What happens if I need more space than I estimated?
Tell us and we will re-quote the difference. Storage is meant to flex with your project, which is much of the point of using a warehouse instead of leasing one. Availability does depend on how full the warehouse is at the time, so if you are expecting a seasonal spike it is worth flagging early.
Do I pay for receiving separately?
Receiving is quoted with the storage. What it involves varies — checking a delivery in, recording and photographing it, noting visible damage, organising it against your project — so we confirm what your arrangement includes in writing before anything arrives.
Is there a deposit, and how does billing work?
We confirm the terms in writing before your goods arrive, including how and when you are billed. Nothing starts on a handshake and there are no charges that appear later without being agreed first.
Can I get a quote before I know my exact dates?
Yes, and most people do. Give us your best guess on volume and rough timing and we will quote against that, then adjust once the dates firm up. It is far more useful to start the conversation early than to wait until the freight is already on its way.
Rather talk it through?
A short call is often quicker than a form, especially for a project with moving parts.
